The United Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture continues to raise awareness about labor rights in the regions of our republic.
The next event was organized at Gakh Breeding Sericulture Station. First, the Director of the Station, Ekram Fataliyev, spoke about the existing labor relations in the enterprise, the decent working conditions created for the employees, and the attention and care given to them.
Anar Taghiyev, the head of the Organizational Department of the ITUC, spoke about the functions of trade unions and their work, gave detailed information to the collective about labor rights, as well as the obligations of the parties under the collective agreement. At the event, the opinions and suggestions of the participants were heard and their questions were answered.
At the end, the employees of the Station, distinguished for their services in the development of sericulture in our country, were given honorary degrees and gifts.
