The next meetings were held with the team at Jalilabad and Gobustan Regional Experimental Station of the Agricultural Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture. The meetings were attended by trade union activists as well as collective representatives. Head of the organizational Department of the United Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture Anar Tagiyev first brought to the attention of the participants of the meeting the direction and purpose of the ITUC.
He said that supervision should always be in the foreground in the field of protection of workers’ rights, that employees should spend their work and rest time effectively, that labor protection services should be organized, that work breaks should be given in hot and cold weather conditions, that hygiene rules should be organized in accordance with the norm.
