On July 20, an online meeting of the Youth Council of the General Confederation of Trade Union (GCTU) was held.
At the meeting, current and organizational issues were considered, the composition of the Youth Council was approved.
Deputy Chief of Staff of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC), Chairman of the Youth Council Gara Agayev is a member of the Youth Council of GCTU. So G.Agayev was elected deputy chairman of the GCTU Youth Council.
It should be noted that the GCTU unites around itself 10 national trade union centers of the CIS countries and 23 international trade union associations. ATUC has been a member of this organization since 2004.
