An event on “Heydar Aliyev and agrarian reforms” was held in the Agricultural-Food-Business Trade Union Federation on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of great leader Heydar Aliyev.
First, the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev was commemorated with a minute of silence. Then a video talking about the life and activities of the great leader Heydar Aliyev and the agrarian reforms carried out by him was demonstrated.
Deputy Chairman of the Federation Tahmasib Aliyev spoke about the life path of the founder of the modern Azerbaijani state, prominent statesman Heydar Aliyev dedicated to his people, State, Historical Services to the motherland and people. He noted that in the 90s, the Azerbaijani people entered a new era precisely in the light of Heydar Aliyev’s intelligence. It was as a result of his determination, dedication and tireless efforts that a mechanism of public administration was established in the country, a regular army was created and large-scale political, legal, economic, social, cultural and agrarian reforms were carried out.
Saying that the greatest desire of the national leader is the liberation of Karabakh from the enemy, the restoration of our territorial integrity, the vice-chairman said that his worthy political successor, Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, has successfully fulfilled this sacred will, that our territorial integrity has been ensured, and that our tricolor State Flag is once again on the homeland, the crown of Karabakh. He pointed out that Shusha was waving with pride.
He said that today, under the resolute leadership of our head of state, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, who has successfully implemented the ideas of the Great Leader, Azerbaijan is living its powerful era in the status of political stability, economic power, social welfare, a strong army that writes history, and the status of an influential and reliable partner country. The care and attention shown by the National Leader to the country’s agrarian division, and the full implementation of the decrees signed by him, are under the constant control of President Ilham Aliyev today.
In his speech, Rufat Burjaliyev, Head of the Federation’s Office – Head of the Organization and Instructional Department, talked about Heydar Aliyev’s attention and concern for the youth of Azerbaijan.
