The book “Heydar Aliyev is the creator of the national legislation and legal state in Azerbaijan” was published by the chairman of the Free Trade Union of ANAS, doctor of legal sciences, professor Habil Gurbanov.
The book dedicated to the “Year of Heydar Aliyev” sheds light on the scientific-theoretical legal view of state, society and socio-political problems in the context of procedure, regulation and regulation in the national legislation of the legal state formed by the Great Leader in independent Azerbaijan.
Based on the author’s research, the reports he made at international and republican conferences in recent years, as well as articles published in mass media and scientific journals in the country, have been improved and covered in the book.
