The Field Collective Agreement for 2023-2025 was concluded between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Cultural Workers.
The agreement is in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law “On Trade Unions”, the General Collective Agreement concluded for the years 2023-2025 between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Confederation of Azerbaijan Trade Unions and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other legislative acts , aims to regulate the social labor relations and their social protection of employees working in the system of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
