“I strongly condemn the terrorist act against my deputy colleague Fazil Mustafa last night. I am sure that the law enforcement agencies of our powerful state will soon find and bring to justice the perpetrators and orderers of this treacherous armed attack.”
Sattar Mohbaliyev, chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC), member of the Milli Majlis, expressed these views to the mass media.
“It seems that the political stability established in our country dazzles some people. With such actions, they try unsuccessfully to create panic and fear in the society. But they forget that the people of Azerbaijan are one of the wisest peoples in the world and are united around their state like an iron fist. In 2020, the whole world saw the steadfastness of the Azerbaijani people and the indomitable power of the state. Let the organizers of the terror understand unequivocally that they cannot influence the will of this people in any way,” said the deputy of the Milli Majlis.
