Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC), MP Sattar Mohbaliyev congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Novruz holiday.

Honorable President Mr. Ilham Aliyev brings joy to hundreds of families on the eve of Novruz holiday, the amnesty order, which is traditionally signed, is a manifestation of the humanistic policy of the Azerbaijan state.
As a result of the great efforts of the First Vice-President of Azerbaijan, Mehriban Aliyeva, Nowruz holiday was included in the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Novruz is considered the moral value of not only the Turkic peoples who celebrate it, but of humanity in general.
The victorious Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev fulfilled the will of the National Leader and the wishes of the people of Azerbaijan. Under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the victorious Azerbaijani Army freed our native lands from occupation, and we are already celebrating Novruz in those territories.
