An event was held in the Ministry of Agriculture on February 2 – Youth Day.
Speaking at the event, Fuad Mammadov, Chairman of the United Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, congratulated the team on the occasion of Youth Day and talked about the successful results of the youth policy of our state. He said that the youth of Azerbaijan is distinguished by its talent, knowledge and skills, and patriotism. It was their love for the Motherland that showed itself more prominently in the 44-day war. Our young people united like an iron fist around Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev and liberated Eastern Zangezur and Karabakh under siege with great heroism. He emphasized that today the youth of Azerbaijan are citizens of a powerful country.
Then Ilham Süleymanov, Deputy Director of the Ministry’s Science, Education and Human Resources Department spoke about the achievements of our youth in the fields of science and education, as well as culture and sports.
In the end, honorary decrees were awarded to a group of distinguished employees of the Ministry last year.
