Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC), member of the Milli Majlis, Sattar Mohbaliyev, met with the chairmen of the trade union committees of the scientific institutions of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences under the Ministry of Science and Education.
Sitara Bagirova, Chairman of the Institute of Physics, Arif Efendi, Chairman of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry, Pasha Tanriverdi, Chairman of the Institute of Economics, and Habil Hagverdiyev, Chairman of the Institute of Geography, took part in the meeting.
Welcoming the participants, Sattar Mohbaliyev first congratulated them on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of ATUC and wished them success in their work.
During the conversation, S. Mohbaliyev highly appreciated the activities of the chairmen, and called the work they did in the direction of protecting the legal interests of the workers, providing decent working conditions, and organizing their rest, commendable.
