An event was held at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology in connection with the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan. Asya Ahmadova, the head of the trade union of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, spoke at the event and spoke about the history of the establishment, the path of development, activities of the ATUC, especially the attention and care it has shown to the families of martyrs and veterans over the years. Ph.D., associate professor Zeynaddin Shabanov spoke on the topic “The role of trade unions in the regulation of social labor relations”. In his speech, he talked about the essence of the trade union, the role and tasks of the social elevator in improving the social security of people in the society.
