Two years ago – in 2020, the children of the Motherland, under the leadership of the invincible leader Mr. Ilham Aliyev, liberated our lands that had been under the occupation of Armenia for many years, showing great heroism. This historical Victory is not only the return of lands, but also the celebration of our national dignity and pride. Today, our three-color, moon-star State Flag is flying majestically in Eastern Zangezur and Karabakh.
I am eternally grateful to the victorious Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev, who brought joy to our nation with his leadership skill, determination and steel will, and to the soldiers and officers of our mighty army who destroyed the enemy with their high fighting spirit and determination.
We remember our sons and daughters who lost their lives in the success of the country with deep respect, and we wish patience to their parents and families.
