As reported, the commander of military unit No. N of the Ministry of Defense, lieutenant colonel Vugar Isbandiyarov, was seriously injured by a land mine in Jamilli village of the liberated territory of Kalbajar region on July 26. The soldier’s left leg was amputated below the knee. He is currently being treated at the Ganja City Central Clinic. His health and treatment are under the attention and care of our state.
According to the instructions of the Chairman of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan, Member of the Milli Majlis, Sattar Mohbaliyev, the Chairman of the United Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Defense, which is part of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of State Departments and Public Service Employees, Zakir Muslumov visited Lieutenant Colonel Vugar Isbandiyarov, who is being treated at the Ganja City Central Clinic, and his health and problems, provided financial assistance on behalf of trade unions. We wish our soldier a speedy recovery.
