Regarding the territory of the former “Mahsul” stadium, which is used by the “Yasamal” Sports and Health Club, the Confederation of Azerbaijan Trade Unions declares that the territory of the “Mahsul” stadium, which is located on a 1.26-hectare plot of land at Hasan Bey Zardabi Avenue 69D, Yasamal district, is transferred to the territory of the “Mahsul” stadium in the name of the Confederation of Azerbaijan Trade Unions. An Extract from the State Register of Real Estate on the State Registration of Rights was issued and this Extract is still valid. We inform you that no purchase and sale processes have been carried out regarding the territory of the mentioned stadium. Because the stadium and its territory are owned by ATUC.
However, we regret to inform you that Alik Hasanov, the former director of the “Yasamal” Sports and Health Club, forged a certificate of ownership of the “Mahsul” stadium in his name. The former director fraudulently contacted several businessmen on the basis of a forged certificate, deceived them, made promises that he would sell the stadium to them for various amounts, thereby committing acts that had no legal basis.
