On June 21, a Mobile Meeting of the Presidium of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Culture Workers was held in Sumgayit.
First, the participants of the event visited the monument of the National Leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev and the Alley of Martyrs, laid flowers and wreaths.
The meeting of the Presidium of the Trade Union of Culture Workers Republican Committee was held in the conference hall of the Sumgayit State Drama Theater. At the opening of the meeting, the chairman of the TUCW Republican Committee J.Sattarova informed the event participants that the issue “About the work done by the Regional Territorial Methodical Centers of the TUCW” will be discussed in accordance with the 2022 Work Plan of the Presidium of the TUCW Republican Committee. After the official part of the event, a concert was organized by the Regional Culture Department for the event participants. At the concert, students of the 11-year Music School of Khirdalan city, Absheron region, performed with various repertoires. The concert program was accompanied by an orchestra of folk instruments conducted by I. Manafov, the chairman of the TUCW Absheron District Committee.
