Certificates of donation of the tree-planting campaign named after the mothers of martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the 44-day war in the liberated Zangilan region on the occasion of International Women’s Day with the support of the Ministry of Emergency Situations It was presented to the mothers of martyrs with the participation of employees of the district (city) executive authorities.
The employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, who took part in the meetings and events, gave detailed information about the tree-planting campaign organized by the Trade Union of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It was noted that the Trade Union of the Ministry of Emergency Situations donated 5,500 trees on behalf of the mothers of martyrs to perpetuate the memory of the martyrs of the Second Karabakh War as part of a project to eliminate the damage to the environment and restore the ecological balance in Zangilan.
Initially, 300 tree seedlings were planted in April with the participation of a group of mothers of martyrs, representatives of the Karabakh Revival Foundation and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The officials spoke about the resolute policy of Muzaffar Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev in the liberation of our occupied lands from the enemy and the heroism and selflessness of our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland. During the meetings with the mothers of the martyrs, they spoke about the landscaping, construction and reconstruction work carried out in the liberated territories under the leadership and instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the care and attention paid to the families of martyrs, the work done to improve their welfare and housing.
Speaking at the event, the mothers of the martyrs thanked President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for their attention and care.
