The Joint Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture continues to work to increase the number of members, meetings are held with the heads of enterprises of the State Agrarian Development Centers in the regions, they are informed about the importance, place and role of trade unions in the enterprise. Trade unions are also established in enterprises that want to establish trade unions at the initiative of employees.
The next meeting in this direction took place in Shamakhi region. Director of the State Agrarian Development Center Etibar Muradli informed the participants about the state of the agrarian sector in the region, the state support provided to farmers.
Fuad Mammadov, Chairman of the Joint Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, spoke about the duties and powers of trade unions, the role of his organization in the labor life of workers, and spoke about the projects implemented in this direction.
It should be noted that the meeting was attended by the heads of “Shirvan wines”, “Madrasa Agro” and “Shamakhi agro “companies, as well as the head of” Agrodairy ” regional representative office, one of the largest agricultural enterprises of the Republic. In the near future, trade union committees will be established at these enterprises.
At the end of the event, Etibar Muradli, Director of the State Agrarian Development Center, was awarded an Honorary Diploma for his services to the development of the agrarian sector in Shamakhi, as well as the activities of the trade union in the region.
