In connection with the protection of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, servicemen and members of the families of martyrs who have been identified as disabled as a result of their participation in the elimination of the consequences of military operations while performing their duties in the liberated territories, as well as The YASHAT Foundation was established by the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan dated December 8, 2020 to provide additional support to its members, as well as measures taken by the state in the field of social protection.
Voluntary contributions to the Foundation, which includes a major humanitarian mission, continue unabated. This is an indicator of national unity and solidarity in our society.
Azerbaijani trade unions also make donations at the expense of the Foundation.
The Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation (ATUC) and its member organizations have transferred 608,870 manat to the Fund at various times.
As a continuation of this work, by the decision of the Executive Committee of the ATUC on March 4, 2022, another 50,000 manats were transferred to the Fund’s account.
