Azerbaijan always pays great attention to the families of martyrs and veterans, as well as war veterans, visits them on holidays and other significant days for our state, and provides them with material and moral support. There is national solidarity in this direction in our country, and along with government agencies, public organizations are closely involved in this noble mission.
As a continuation of this tradition, on March 17, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation (ATUC), MP Sattar Mohbaliyev met with the families of martyrs on the occasion of Novruz holiday.
Visiting the families of martyrs of the Great Patriotic War – Sadi Musayev, Elbrus Ahmadov, Arif Abbasov, Tural Askerli, Royal Alakbarov and Adil Ibrahimli, S. Mohbaliyev congratulated them on the occasion of Novruz holiday and conveyed his best wishes.
During the conversation with the families of the martyrs, the ATUC chairman said that our esteemed people will never forget the heroic sons who liberated our lands from occupation under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev.
The families of the martyrs were given holiday gifts.
The families of the martyrs expressed their satisfaction with the comprehensive care provided to them and thanked everyone, including the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
