On behalf of myself, as well as numerous members of the trade unions I lead, I congratulate all our people, including President Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of November 12 – the Constitution Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan. On this significant day, I wish each of you good health, peace and prosperity.
I respectfully commemorate the memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, the author of our Constitution, who laid the legal foundation for the establishment of a democratic, legal, secular and unitary state, defined the supremacy of human rights and glorified the principle of national unity and civil solidarity.
