The Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation (ATUC) and its member organizations are constantly focusing on informing the public about their work, projects and events and constantly improving their activities in this direction.
For this purpose, a meeting was held on November 16 at the ATUC with public relations representatives of member organizations.
The meeting discussed more reliable and prompt delivery of information on the activities of the trade union to the public, the formation of social media, the organization of information exchange and other important issues.
Speaking at the event, ATUC Chief of Staff Hasan Jafarov stressed the importance of using more modern methods and tools to deliver information to the public, organizing work with social networks, increasing activities for this purpose, coordinating initiatives.
During his speech, Akif Tavakkuloglu, Head of the ATUC Press and Public Relations Department, spoke about the coverage of topical issues related to the life of trade unions in the press, the organization of information exchange with member organizations, etc. spoke about the issues.
Afterwards, the participants’ opinions and suggestions were heard and opinions were exchanged.
