Vladimir Vasilyevich Argutkin, head of the labor protection department of the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation (ATUC), has been relieved of his post at his own request due to his age.
Argutkin Vladimir Vasilyevich was born in 1945. He began his career in 1964. He has been working in trade unions in Azerbaijan since 1981.
He was awarded the Medal of Progress for his services to the social life of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the order of the President. He was also awarded the ATUC 25th Anniversary Badge and the 115th Anniversary Trade Union Badge at various times for his fruitful work in the Azerbaijani trade union movement.
