The holding of the “Kharibulbul” music festival in Shusha shortly after the liberation is the most obvious indication of the state’s special attention and care for the restoration of both material and spiritual values ​​in the liberated territories.

In his statement, the MP said that today Azerbaijan can be a real example of how to maintain tolerance and multiculturalism to many leading countries in the world who talk about democracy, but in practice can not give up the principle of double standards. The holding of Eid prayers there, the laying of the foundation of a new magnificent mosque and the restoration of all Christian temples and historical and cultural monuments that fell victim to Armenian vandalism in all our liberated territories is another indicator of tolerance and multiculturalism in Azerbaijan. After a 30-year break, the Kharibulbul music festival was held in Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan. On the first day of the festival, the musical creations of different peoples living in our country were presented on the theme “Multiculturalism in Azerbaijani music.” With their performances, music groups and performers of different nations living in different regions of our country conveyed the message to the whole world that everyone, regardless of nationality or religion, has a single homeland. It would be good if some countries, which often speak about democracy and human rights from the prestigious seats of international organizations, and in practice do not give up the principle of double standards, should follow the example of Azerbaijan in this regard. In his speech at the opening of the festival, President Ilham Aliyev stressed the importance of this message: “All peoples in Azerbaijan live in friendship, brotherhood and solidarity, and this 44-day war has once again shown that our country has national unity, national solidarity. It is no coincidence that the first festival will feature representatives of the peoples living in Azerbaijan, and once again we are sending a message to the whole world from here – from Shusha, from our ancient land. Countries should develop in this way, but in multi-religious, multi-ethnic countries and societies, there is development, there is unity, there is national solidarity, there is peace. ” On the recommendation of the President of Azerbaijan, this year’s Kharibulbul Festival has become a real living symbol of the long-standing traditions of multiculturalism in Azerbaijan.
